Visual Studies
This is the first course in the series as I work towards a Certificate in Print Making. This page is divided into 4 sections: Weekly vocabulary assignments, class exercises, personal experiments and the final project.
Although there was a lot of drawing in this class, we also explored color theory, grey-tones, did some painting and watched and reviewed the movie Citizen Kane. So as a whole this course is presented under the Drawing heading. However the paintings for the final project can also be seen on the Painting page.
This course was a lot more work than I anticipated, and it was a lot more enjoyable than I expected. Mostly I can attribute this to the caliber on the NHIA teachers and students.
